Scaffolding Boards

Scaffolding boards come in three thicknesses 38mm, 50mm or 63mm.

A scaffold board has a standard width of 225mm and has a maximum length of 3.9m.

The ends of a scaffolding board are protected by metal plates called hoop irons or in some cases nail plates.

Only use approved scaffolding boards. These will be marked by an approved grading agency.
