Homes Inspections

It’s important that building inspection services provide an independent and impartial inspection report to home buyers, sellers, mortgage companies, real estate professionals and insurers. The building inspection report must provide a clear depiction of the property at the time of inspection.

Construction and building inspection services are used for municipal, county, and local government building projects as well as commercial and residential projects.

A building inspection enforces the State Construction Code; this will ensure that a building will meet minimum safety standards to protect either residential or commercial building users.

It is not the intention of a building inspection to point out every defect of small problem in a property.

A home inspector will look carefully at the properties structure, the kind of construction and the mechanical systems of the home.

After the inspection the home inspector will be able answer any questions you may have as well pointing out any problems that they have found.

The purpose of a commercial building inspection is to ensure that public buildings meet appropriate health and safety requirements. The inspection will also cover environmental regulations, fire safety systems, electrical systems, the operation of elevators, escalators and other conveyance systems.

A building inspection is an on site review of the actual construction as it progresses.

It is the job of the home inspector to inform you of any repairs that need to be carried out as well as a cost estimate of those repairs.

Construction and building inspection services may specialize in areas such as excavations, grading, or dredging operations. Other inspection services may specialize in evaluating the quality of the asphalt and pavement used in bridges, roads and highways.
