House Inspection Service

The aim of the building inspection is to ensure compliance is met in accordance with the plans and the construction code.

As well as the buyer a building inspection also works in favor for the seller.

A building inspection is an on site review of the actual construction as it progresses.

It is not the intention of a building inspection to point out every defect of small problem in a property.

Construction and building inspection services are used for municipal, county, and local government building projects as well as commercial and residential projects.

The purpose of a building inspection is to ensure compliance of approved plans takes place during the construction stages of a building.

One thing a home inspector won’t do is reveal whether the property represents value for money.

A building inspection enforces the State Construction Code; this will ensure that a building will meet minimum safety standards to protect either residential or commercial building users.

It is the job of the home inspector to inform you of any repairs that need to be carried out as well as a cost estimate of those repairs.

If any serious problems are discovered the home inspector may recommend another, more specific inspection.
